Fabric Basket w/Mallory
This basket is the perfect, versatile project that can be used for every organizing project, holiday, and gift giving occasion. With sewn-in fabric handles and a full lining, your basket will have a professional look that you can personalize with your favorite fabrics.
We suggest that you have a good knowledge of your sewing machine (threading, seam allowance, etc.), and you are comfortable sewing straight lines and following a seam allowance.
Make a fully lined basket with finished measurements of 7″H x 10″L x 6″D

-1/2 yard fabric for Exterior and Handles
-Fat Quarter for the Interior
-1/4 yard fusible fleece – such as Pellon 987F
-1 Spool of coordinating thread
-Copy of sewing pattern – click here to purchase. Each student must have a copy of this pattern purchased before class begins, no sharing patterns allowed.
Equipment:
-Sewing Machine (can be supplied by Sew to Speak if preferred)
-Basic sewing supplies – scissors, rotary cutter, cutting mat, grid ruler, iron, ironing board, pins – all provided by Sew to Speak but students can bring their own if they prefer
