Returns/Credits/Exchanges
At Sew To Speak we work hard to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase. If you believe there is an error in your order, you receive the wrong item, are missing an item, or received a damaged item, please let us know within a week of purchase.
Please note: Fabric is sold by the 1/4 yard, with 1/2 yard minimum. We cannot refund or replace errors in calculating yardage unless the error is ours.
All sales are final on any cut goods (items cut to your specification), books, and patterns. Any yarn returns must be unwound and in original skein condition.
All returns must be received in their original condition without smell of smoke or chemicals.
We will credit your account once we receive the item back. Unfortunately, we cannot refund your shipping costs or cover the cost of shipping a return to us.
We cannot accept returns on sale items. These are final sale and may not be returned.
For exchanges, you are responsible for shipping costs to send the exchange back to us, and we will cover the shipping cost of sending a new item back for one time only.
