Yarn Cosy Pattern by Liz Bachwich – Kit
This pattern creates a cosy that holds a “cake” or ball of worsted weight yarn. This pattern can be easily modified to create a larger or smaller cozy to accommodate a heaver weight or lighter weight yarn. Enjoy knitting while keeping your yarn contained and tangle-free (and out of kitty’s sight!)
Kit includes enough to make two yarn cosies
Supplies Included:
- 2 fat quarters (coordinating) –add a note to request a specific color
- 1/4 yard of 911 or similar fusible interfacing
- 1/2 yard of 1/4″ elastic
Additional Supplies:
- Sewing machine
- Rotary cutter & grid (scissors)
- Iron (optional: sleeve ironing board for narrow openings)
- Safety pins
- Needle & thread
